Information We Collect
When you submit the “List Your Home” form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, timeline, and (optionally) how you heard about us. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies on this site, so we don’t currently collect browsing/usage data beyond standard web server logs. Our admin system uses one strictly-necessary cookie to keep our own staff signed in — it isn’t used to track visitors.
How We Use Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up by phone, text, or email, and track the status of your request in our internal CRM. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising, and we don’t share it with other businesses for their own marketing purposes.
Third Parties We Use to Deliver This Service
We use Resend to send emails and Twilio to send internal text alerts to our team, and Neon (PostgreSQL) to store lead and CRM data. These providers process your information only to help us deliver the service you requested — they don’t use it for their own purposes. Once we select an MLS/IDX data provider for listing search, this section will be updated to describe that relationship too.
Your Choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete the information you’ve submitted, at any time by emailing us (see Contact below) or replying to any email we send you.
Children’s Privacy
This site is intended for adults evaluating real estate services and is not directed at children under 13.
