We list and syndicate
Your home goes live on the Emerald Coast MLS and syndicates automatically to Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, and other major buyer-facing sites — the same exposure a traditionally-listed home gets.
We handle showings and inquiries
We coordinate with cooperating brokers, field buyer inquiries, and represent your interests at showings and open houses.
Offers, negotiation, and contract
We guide you through evaluating offers and negotiating terms, just as a traditional full-service broker would.
Through to closing
We coordinate with inspectors, appraisers, title, and all parties through to a successful closing.
